Rosselli Team and Equipment Ready to Roll

I have always been fascinated with making things with my hands. About 14 years ago, I felt fortunate to have found a roofing company that would allow me to learn and grow with the company. Several years went by and as my confidence grew, I took on more and more responsibility.

I believe confidence in business comes out of preparation – if you believe in yourself and you’re okay with anyone inspecting your progress along the way, you can get pretty far. Finally, in 2002, I decided it was time to take my single ladder on the roof of my car and start Rosselli Roofing & Siding.

By 2003, I hired my first employee (who is still with me), two more employees the following year, plus a couple of vehicles and a trailer. We continued to grow and today employ between 22-24 skilled workers with 7 vehicles, metal forming equipment, a roll-off truck with containers to haul away debris, leaving satisfied customers with clean property.

Because of our current economic condition, we looked for better ways for our customers to afford our quality products and services by offering the ability to pay with credit cards and interest-free loans for up to 18 months.

When we started this business idea, there wasn’t a user manual or specific information on how to succeed but we knew that with the proper preparation, hard work, and training, we would stand a better chance of not merely surviving but actually growing the business.

We fabricate panels to fill orders on-demand, instead of waiting weeks for delivery of prefab panels and are supported with short lead-time deliveries.

As a member of DM-ARM (Drexel Metals Association of Regional Manufacturers), we have the equipment, materials, and know-how, backed by Drexel’s on-site training and inspections, to stringent quality control and warranty programs that are unrivaled in the industry.

As a DM-ARM member, we have everything needed to compete with the traditional fixed in-place manufacturers. DM-ARM members are “armed” with the all the engineering, warranties, technical expertise, customer service, and superior quality needed for each project.
