We are a full-service residential and commercial roofing and siding contractor, licensed, bonded, and insured, servicing customers in northern New Jersey; the counties of Wayne, Pike, Monroe and Northampton in Pennsylvania; and Sullivan, Orange and Rockland counties in New York.

Unlike some contractors, we carry general liability insurance for roofing!

How It Works

A radiant roof underlayment is installed on your roof deck (substrate), so the heat will not penetrate into the attic but rather be trapped in a one-inch air cavity created with Enkamat—polyamide (nylon) monofilaments fused together to form a flexible three-dimensional open structure—ventilation, as well as providing for drainage needed for a long service life.

Together with Energy Star^® metal roofing panels, custom-made hip and ridge bar, heat will be pulled from the eaves to the ridge beam, similar to a ridge vent except that all this takes place outside your attic, keeping your home cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

Normal energy savings with a new metal roof is between 12-14% but with the Enkamat Air Venting System, a 30-48% savings can be achieved.
